Raspberry mango freezer jam

It has been hot and muggy here lately. I hate the humidity and I really don’t like when the heat keeps me out of the kitchen. So this weekend I made some freezer jam.

Here is the recipe in case you would like to make your own.
1 1/2 cups graduated sugar
1 packet of freezer jam pectin
3 cups mango
1 cup red raspberries

Chop pit and pit the mangos then I mashed mine with a potato masher.  Crush the red raspberries. Combine your 4 cups of fruit. In a seperate bowl combine sugar and pectin.  Pour sugar and pectin into fruit bowl.  Stir for 3 minutes.  Ladle into jars and let sit for 30 minutes.  Jam can be kept in the fridge for 3 months or in the freezer for up to a year.
